Adult Bible Study (Sunday School)

Description: Our Adult Bible Studies are small group settings where in-depth Bible study is applied to daily living, while developing lifelong friendships.

Adult 1

Description: This is a class for married couples ranging in age from 20's to 50's. We study books of the Bible together in an expository fashion, with the intent of growing in Christ and applying His Word to our lives.

Ladies 2 (Grace Class)

Teacher: Katrella Leverington

Description: The Grace Class is a group of Christ filled ladies ranging in age from 70 years and up. They are full of life, joy, love, and sometimes mischief! These ladies financially support two of our missionaries and also a child at the Florida Baptist Children's home. Our manner of study is interactive, where everyone is free to ask questions or give their opinion on a subject. Come give us a try!

Ladies 3 (Esther Class)

Description: This class is for ladies who want to meet with other ladies to study God's Word. We are using a curriculum from SBC titled "Explore the Bible." We study one book of the Bible all the way through and then go on to another book. Ages are about 35 through 70's. At least once a month we participate in an outreach project. We also try to meet for food and fellowship once a month, alternating between breakfast and dinner, to try and reach all our ladies. In December we have a Christmas party and invite husbands also.

Dorcas Craft Ministry

Time: Thursdays 9:30 - 11 a.m.

Location: Education Building A

Description: Acts 9:36-43 - The Bible describes Dorcas as a woman who was full of good works and acts of charity. Because of the miracle from God in the life of Dorcas, many people believed in the Lord. The Dorcas Ministry ministers to the community in a variety of ways. They have provided for grandparents raising children, the Body Ministry at First Baptist Mims, the Seafarers at Port Canaveral, and many others, through needle arts and crafts. We would love for you to join us for show and tell, devotions, prayer, and sewing. All are welcome.
